Lead Times
Lead times vary depending on the product ordered. Base color samples and Ready to Ship items process in 1-2 business days. Standard items process in 4 weeks. If you would like to pay to have your order created faster you can request a rush order for a fee, contact customerservice@rainbowheads.com for information on rush orders.
Order Cancellations
Guaranteed cancellation can be requested for up to 48 hours after an order is placed. After 48 hours a cancellation may be honored if your order has not started processing. Contact customerservice@rainbowheads.com to request a cancellation.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders ship from Austin, TX, USA. Please allow 2 days of additional processing time in addition to lead time for your order to ship. Standard shipping service is USPS First Class shipping with tracking. First class shipping is 5-7 business days. Please understand that we do not have control over delays caused by the shipping service and we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Express Shipping
Please allow 2 days of additional processing time in addition to lead time for your order to ship. Express shipping does not effect processing times. Your order will be shipped with regular lead times and faster shipping by selecting express shipping. US orders ship with USPS priority shipping when selecting Express Shipping. If you’d like to have your order processed with a faster lead time you may pay an additional fee for a rush order. Please contact customerservice@rainbowheads.com to request a rush order. Express shipping is 1-3 business days. Please understand that we do not have control over delays caused by the shipping service and we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
International Orders
Please allow 3 days of additional processing time in addition to lead time for your order to ship. Standard shipping for International orders are shipped via USPS First Class international, please be advised that this shipping service may stop tracking once the item has been handed over to your local postal service. USPS international shipping can take between 15-30 days. Upgrading shipping to Express International is highly recommended for international orders as it provides end to end tracking and faster shipping. Express International shipping service typically takes about 5-7 business days. Please understand that we do not have control over delays caused by the shipping service and we are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Duties and custom fees are not included for international orders and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products and their use on hair all products are final sale.
Broken Clips
Sometimes things happen and your item’s clips may be damaged in the mail, or through normal wear clips may break. In this case we are always happy to send out new clips for free, or attach new clips for you. To request clips please contact customerservice@rainbowheads.com
Custom Orders
Custom orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of receiving payment. There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders. To request a custom order please contact customerservice@rainbowheads.com
